Couples Therapy
In couples therapy, the main goal is to create "a safe haven" in your relationship. In Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), the focus is on meeting your core needs—to feel connected, secure, and heard. This foundation helps you address issues with honesty and safety.
Once a strong sense of connection is built, you'll be better equipped to handle conflict and any challenging emotions that may arise during therapy. With less defensiveness, you'll be in a stronger position to work through problems and foster healing.
